Qualifications

• Excellent written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are required

Responsibilities

• Assist with Discovery, preparation of Complaints, or Mediation
• Review relevant state laws on personal injury
• Interview clients about their injuries, gather medical reports and insurance information from defendants
• Review reports by witnesses or police
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters to reach top offers for clients
• Negotiate with medical providers to achieve equitable settlements for clients

This role is a perfect fit for an attorney who is interested in joining an established law firm on the defense of general negligence, toxic torts and construction litigation. In addition, the firm also handles other complex civil litigation including premises liability, railroad litigation, products liability, construction litigation, and professional liability.
