Responsibilities will include working with and supporting attorneys on all aspects of commercial contracting related to matters in the managed care and PBM industries. The role will require the PGA or Special Counsel to regularly draft and negotiate PBM contracts and PBM-related services agreements, including but not limited to rebate contracts, pharmacy network contracts, and other vendor arrangements.
