  • Negotiate reductions of bills from medical providers.
  • Prepare and present case summaries and supporting documentation for negotiations.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to align on case strategies and legal arguments.
  • Maintain detailed records of negotiations and communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Submit disbursement calculations, spreadsheets, formatted settlement statements, and supporting bills and reduction approvals to accounting for client closeouts.
  • Analyze case outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and changes in personal injury law.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders
