We’re seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to join our expanding Corporate Law practice. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who enjoys advising clients on complex business matters, structuring deals, and acting as a strategic partner to growing companies.

You’ll work closely with leadership and clients to deliver practical, business-driven legal solutions while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team environment.


đź”§ Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on corporate and transactional matters
  • Structure, negotiate, and draft agreements related to:
    • Business formation
    • Governance and operations
  • Lead and support mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and strategic transactions
  • Draft and review:
    • Operating agreements
    • Shareholder agreements
    • Buy-sell agreements
    • Partnership agreements
  • Provide guidance on corporate compliance, governance, and risk management
  • Collaborate with attorneys and partners on complex legal matters
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support business development initiatives
  • Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff

âś… Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of corporate law experience (law firm preferred)
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Colorado
  • Strong experience in:
    • Business transactions
    • Entity structuring
    • Contract drafting and negotiation
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and drafting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters with strong attention to detail
  • Client-focused mindset with practical problem-solving ability
