• Make routine checks on metal detectors to ensure complete operation

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing lawyer
• Member of the Georgia Bar
• Fluent in Spanish

• Audit all firm invoices and travel & expense (T&E) reports to ensure validity and compliance with established firm policies and client billing guidelines
• Prepare ad hoc and monthly financial reports as needed and required
• Provide user support for the firm’s expense management system and other accounting systems when needed
• Perform daily system administration duties for the firm’s expense management system
• Assist billing and accounting department team members with expense and financial related inquiries and issues when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality of human resources and financial matters
• Assist with or manage ad hoc projects as needed

• Some college is preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered
• Previous experience in law firm is a decided plus including timekeeping systems such as Aderant Expense Management system experience preferred. Chrome River highly preferred.

Job Description

• Receives material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses accurately and promptly.
• Secretarial and administrative duties- data entry for warehouse receipts
• Safely and securely operate forklift machinery.
• Verifies the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing list.
• Appropriately report/record any discrepancies.
• Enter quantity received against the purchase order in the computer system and print back order and inventory stock put away list.
• Preparation of all shipping documentation.

• Forklift operation certification.
• Knowledge of customs bonded freight and TSA requirements.
• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft office, excel, and word.
• Be able to identify product by size, type, style, color or product code.
• Solid reading skills – must be able to read orders/match orders on shipping tickets to items picked. Ability to understand and execute instructions.
• General understanding of the warehouse and footprint Operate inventory control equipment, i.e., bar-coding equipment, handheld devices.

• Provide increased socialization through the teaching of practical social, self-help, academic, and maintenance skills necessary for the youth to function competently independently and in social environments. Such skills would specifically include assertiveness, studying, accepting feedback, negotiating, grammar, spelling, doing laundry, personal hygiene, chore/task completion, comparative shopping, flowing instructions, delayed gratification, rational problem solving, etc.
• Supervises daily operations of home.
• Supervises and assists youth daily, ensuring safety and well-being.

• Dispense prescription medication as outlined in policy.
• Provide transportation to school, appointments and other locations as needed.

• Must be 21 years or older
• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related human/social service degree or;
• 2 years of experience working with foster youth, medically fragile clients, and/or mental health clients.
• Must demonstrate strong initiative and problem-solving skills, be organized, show attention to detail, communicate effectively, and have the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

• Candidates must possess valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Must have no criminal history record convictions of misdemeanor or felony offenses from any state.
• Must be able to relate to and work well with youth.
