Techinal Leader

The Technical Leader will focus on Onshore Wind Service projects related to RePower and PowerUp. They will guide domestic and global teams to drive customer satisfaction and quality throughout the loads, operability and MLA processes. The goal is to work closely with the Controls and Performance teams to provide optimized loads results and parameters for 3rd party Certification and to optimize turbine performance and life related to operational loading, curtailments and interoperability.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Establish, run, tune and maintain the wind turbine rigid body multi-physics dynamic simulation model as well as the appropriate wind inputs per IEC guidelines
  • Implement & validation of dynamic and operational control systems that meet product needs
  • Create requisition specific parameters for projects
  • Support and improve the development process for services NPI programs
  • Assist in the preparation of technical design reviews
  • Facilitate as the technical interface between the design team and program management and product line
  • Provide technical mentoring and guidance to the loads, operability and MLA teams
  • Monitor and improve key performance measurements related to scheduling, project resource loading and ultimately turbine performance
  • Collaborate with other segments to improve process reliability and consistency related to parameter creation, loads modelling and tool development
  • Guide and support innovation for Wind Turbine Service NPI solutions that improve customer value

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 7 years related engineering and leadership experience

Desired Characteristics:

  • Proficiency in Matlab / Simulink or similar controls / dynamics simulation programs
  • Experience with controls and loads simulation of wind turbines
  • Can work autonomously on multiple project deliverables
  • Interest in detailed technical analysis
  • In depth knowledge on system dynamics and mechanical loading simulations
  • Experience with analyzing complex numerical data sets
  • Exposure to Loads simulation software such as FLEX, Bladed, FAST, Adams WT, etc

The Cell Therapy Sales Specialist will develop, promote and manage the sales of Healthcare products. This a great opportunity for someone with a sales background in immunology, immunotherapy, cell therapy, bioreactors and cell growth media.

Essential Responsibilities: This position is remote and candidate can live anywhere in territories which includes: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Puerto Rico.

  • Promote sales of Healthcare product lines, attaining and/or exceeding territory budgetary goals through sales success across key product areas.
  • Promote customer satisfaction by providing quotes, service information, answering inquiries, investigating complaints, managing orders and taking immediate appropriate action, and providing after-sales support utilizing all available resources.
  • Communicate best practices, sales success and assist in training and coaching Life Sciences team members as requested by the Business Unit Manager or Regional Sales Director.
  • Maintain customer database, accurate quarterly forecasting and opportunity management.
  • Conduct presentations to potential customers and implement local user group meetings within territory.
  • Develop specific account strategies, account portfolios, and territory business plans by routinely working with high level decision makers in customer organizations and their colleagues selling and supporting other product portfolios. Actively adjust plan to meet local dynamic situations.
  • Attention to administrative responsibilities: Monthly reports, expenses, forecasting, yearly reviews, call database updates, opportunity details and other operational requirements.
  • Present and report competitive product information and competitor activity to Marketing for communication within the Region and North America.
  • Manage sales by maintaining appropriate databases and generating quotes to customers.
  • Develop new accounts and customers utilizing available resources.
  • Willing and able to effectively work within a team selling environment and ongoing proper utilization of internal resources.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree in the Life Science including Biology, Chemistry or Microbiology.
  • 5 years of successful field sales experience selling into academic, government and biotech
  • Experience selling medical devices into clinical market would be a plus.
  • Proven sales track history of obtaining sales goals.
  • Computer Literacy: Microsoft and Outlook.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driving license with good driving record.
  • Spend an average of 70% of available time in the field (some overnight travel required).

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or greater educational achievement, with 5-10 years of related scientific experience
  • Medical device sales experience.
  • Experience working with a sales background in immunology, immunotherapy, cell therapy, bioreactors and cell growth media.
  • Sales Experience with biotechnology/pharmaceutical industries in Life Sciences research.

Clinical Product Manager

The Clinical Leader will provide clinical and technical leadership focused on Ultrasound Digital and Analytics products. In this role you will work with key customers to build clinical evidence, reference sites and KOL partnerships. You will also work closely with Sales, Marketing and Applications teams to enable the Equipment & Service businesses to articulate clear value propositions on Digital portfolio and guide the sales, installation and post-sales support process.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Help define clinical value propositions, evidence generation and competitive edge for all new products related to Digital and Analytics solutions in close partnership with Modality Marketing & Product Managers. Work on clinical claims, competitive analysis, and customer testimonials to increase product sales & market share.
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive Show Site & KOL strategy in his/her region in line with Modality Marketing Growth Plans (Collaboration, Clinical Studies, testimonials)
  • Participate to the development and delivery of online content for customers (advanced Webinars) and help prioritizing content development
  • Support sales activities in region when needed (congress, demo/visit, advanced application visit for KOL, etc.)
  • Contribute to the definition, design and refinement of products and services to address customer needs at best; provide insight and input into the clinical strategies for each opportunity engaged
  • Collect, analyze and communicate competitive information; ensures that the strategy is implemented in the region. As an expert, provide Marketing and Product strategy inputs on Market positioning, care areas and improving Healthcare solutions

  • Strong medical and technical background: 5 to 10 years’ experience in Healthcare environment. Ideally sonographer or licensed clinical practitioner or Radiographer Experience in communicating scientific data with rigor and clarity (talks, papers, etc.)
  • High level of interpersonal, communication, negotiation & selling skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations.
  • 5+ year’s experience in product marketing, product development or related field
  • Product Management/Marketing expertise, including: market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management,
  • Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen

Maintenance Technician

J&R Ross Agency, L.L.C., a professional recruiting firm, is seeking a full-time permanent Maintenance Technician to join an established state agency in Covington, GA. This is a full-time position with paid state holidays; accrued annual and sick leave; and the State of Georgia Flexible Benefits Program.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Constructs, maintains, repairs, renovates and relocates fixtures, furniture, and equipment and bulk items
  • Performs preventive maintenance on all major facility systems including structural, painting, HVAC, plumbing and electrical
  • Uses and maintains appropriate tools and equipment
  • Performs vehicle minor maintenance and diagnostic checks for road worthiness
  •  Inspects function of automatic doors
  •  Assist in moving heavy items and personnel relocation
  • Ensures grounds are kept free of debris and trash
  • May coordinate the work of maintenance and custodial staff as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A high school degree or GED *and* One (1) year of experience in a skilled trade (electrical, carpentry, plumbing) or building maintenance.
