Litigation Practice Group Associate (Insurance) – BOS | DC | NY

The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $215,000. This position is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities

Seeking a practice group associate (PGA) with 2+ years of experience to join firm’s litigation team in Boston, New York or Washington, DC. Please note this is an off-track position. Applicants should have a comprehensive complex litigation skill set and experience in insurance coverage and risk management matters. Responsibilities will include analysis of complex coverage issues, legal research, brief writing, preparation of witnesses, running document production, expert discovery and trial practice.

Collaboration with team members is an important component of any role. Therefore, the firm requires working from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with the firm’s published guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Must have 2+ years of experience handling complex insurance coverage matters
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients
• Ability to balance and prioritize competing priorities and responsibilities
• Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
