J&R Ross Agency, LLC, a professional legal recruiting firm, is seeking an associate in law school class years 2021 through 2023 to join our Technology Transactions practice. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on technology-driven transactions, including licensing, commercial agreements, and IP considerations in corporate deals. Experience working on technology-related and commercial agreements, including software and SaaS licensing, cloud services and data processing agreements, joint development, R&D, and collaboration agreements is also preferred.
Salary Range: $235,000 to $310,000
The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
