Labor and Employment Attorney

J&R Ross Agency, LLC, a professional legal recruiting firm, is seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney in Los Angeles, CA. This role is a perfect fit for an experienced attorney who is interested in joining an established law firm. In addition, the firm also handles securities litigation, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, insurance and finance cases.

Salary Range: $310,000 and $435,000

We are looking for:

• Law school class years 2017 through 2021 to join the labor and employment team
• Practice is primarily employer-side litigation, with some advice and investigations work as well
• Litigation is mostly class and representative actions, both wage and hour and discrimination, and experience in the class actions space would be helpful  
• Three years+ in a peer law firm in the employment space would likely have requisite experience
