Corporate – Restructuring & Special Situations Finance

J&R Ross Agency, LLC, a professional legal recruiting firm, is seeking a Corporate – Restructuring & Special Situations Finance Attorney in Houston, Texas. This role is a perfect fit for an experienced attorney who is interested in joining an established law firm’s finance team. In addition, the firm also handles securities litigation, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, finance and labor and employment cases.

Salary Range: $365,000 and $435,000

We are looking for:

• Law school class years 2017 through 2020
• Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings
• Associates will work with the Global Finance team primarily and in tandem with the premier Business Restructuring & Reorganization team
• Associates will have the opportunity to work on high profile, top of the capital structure representations, including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings
