Lateral Associate-Business Restructuring & Reorganization

J&R Ross Agency, LLC, a professional legal recruiting firm, is seeking Business Restructuring & Reorganization Attorney in New York. This role is a perfect fit for an experienced attorney who is interested in joining an established law firm’s Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. In addition, the firm also handles securities litigation, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, finance and labor and employment cases.

Salary Range: $310,000 and $435,000

We are looking for:

• Law class of 2017 – 2021
• The practice is a mix of creditor, debtor, and distressed acquisition work
• On the creditor side, high profile, top of the capital structure representations, including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings
• On the debtor side, high profile chapter 11 cases, including cross-border cases, and out of court restructurings
