Attorney-Case Management Manager

J&R Ross Agency, LLC, a professional legal recruiting firm, is seeking an Attorney with managerial experience. This position manages 12 case managers and 4 medical records clerks. This role is a perfect fit for an attorney who is interested in joining an established law firm. In addition, the firm also handles motor vehicle accidents, nursing home abuse, injuries caused by medical malpractice, slip and fall, wrongful death and dog bite cases.

Salary Range: $125,000 – $200,000

Qualifications

• JD from an Accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of Georgia
• 3+ years of experience in case management or legal support, with a focus on personal injury law 
• Manage Cases: Oversee a diverse range of personal injury cases, ensuring seamless management and successful outcomes.
• Lead Teams: Mentor and guide a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and achievement.
• Conduct Audits: Regularly review case files to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide Insights: Offer valuable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure required
• Excellent written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are required

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance review
• Review relevant state laws on personal injury
• Evaluate the success probability of cases
• Review reports by witnesses or police
• Review demand letters to adjusters
• Review cases for withdrawal
