
J&R Ross Agency, LLC, a professional legal recruiting firm, is seeking an Attorney Negotiator. This role is a perfect fit for a GEORGIA LICENSED ATTORNEY who is interested in joining an established law firm. In addition, the firm also handles motor vehicle accidents, nursing home abuse, injuries caused by medical malpractice, slip and fall, wrongful death and dog bite cases.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $115,000
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience managing a team of attorneys or negotiators
- Be able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality regarding financial information
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal terminology
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Possess proficient computer and typing skills – MS Word, Excel, Gmail, Internet, Data Entry, LexisNexis, Case Management Software, etc.
DUTIES:
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters, companies and opposing parties
- Review case files and assess the merits of claims
- Develop negotiation strategies tailored to individual cases
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Negotiate reductions of bills from medical providers
- Prepare and present case summaries and supporting documentation for negotiations
- Collaborate with attorneys to align on case strategies and legal arguments
- Maintain detailed records of negotiations and communications
- Maintain accurate records and case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Submit disbursement calculations, spreadsheets, formatted settlement statements, and supporting bills and reduction approvals to accounting for client closeouts
- Analyze case outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and changes in personal injury law
- Foster positive relationships with clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders
- Possess proficient computer and typing skills – MS Word, Excel, Gmail, Internet, Case Management Software, etc.
