Lateral Associate – Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance

J&R Ross Agency, LLC, a professional legal recruiting firm, is seeking Lateral Associate – Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance in Washington, D.C. This role is a perfect fit for an experienced attorney who is interested in joining an established law firm’s team. In addition, the firm also handles securities litigation, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, finance and labor and employment cases.

Salary Range: $260,000 and $365,000

• Law school class years 2020 to 2022 
• Qualified candidates must have experience in advising public companies on securities regulation and corporate governance matters, including experience advising on Exchange Act disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards
• Candidates must have strong academic credentials and writing and research skills
