Project Coordinator – Workday Implementation (NextGen Project)
Pay Rate: $33.00/hourly

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a large-scale Workday (NextGen) implementation within a dynamic project environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys staying organized, and can effectively support multiple project workstreams.
Working under the guidance of Project Managers, you will play a key role in keeping project activities on track, ensuring clear communication, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate, schedule, and attend project meetings
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes and action items
- Track project activities, deliverables, and documentation
- Maintain and update project schedules, RAID logs, and tracking systems
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in developing reports, presentations, and communication materials
- Support documentation of project scope and high-level requirements
- Monitor risks, issues, and changes, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Generate reports from project work plans and breakdown structures
- Coordinate quality reviews and steering committee meetings
- Ensure all project artifacts are properly stored in SharePoint
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration across project teams
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field + 1 year of IT-related experience
OR - Associate’s degree + 3 years of IT-related experience
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Project or Project Online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong grammar skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working through challenges and team conflicts
