.NET Developer – Content Management Systems (IBM FileNet / Docfinity)

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to support and enhance enterprise-level content management solutions for a high-impact government environment. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining applications that manage and deliver electronic document imaging through systems such as IBM FileNet and Docfinity.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, support, and maintain content management applications and related systems
- Build and maintain integrations (web services) with internal systems
- Develop and support back-end solutions using Oracle and/or SQL Server
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within .NET-based document management applications
- Assist with system upgrades, patching, and modernization efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams responsible for document scanning and file ingestion
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable code
- Document system functionality, processes, and technical solutions
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field + 3 years of experience
OR - High School diploma/GED + 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft .NET Framework
- Minimum 5 years of experience with relational databases (Oracle and/or SQL Server)
- Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet (P8 preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience maintaining and analyzing system data and relationships
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule (onsite presence required in Metro Atlanta)
- May require full-time onsite during key project phases or initiatives
