J&R Ross Agency, LLC, a professional legal recruiting firm, is seeking an attorney with IP/patent litigation experience in Washington, D.C and New York. This role is a perfect fit for an experienced attorney who is interested in joining an established law firm’s team. In addition, the firm also handles securities litigation, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, finance and labor and employment cases.

Salary Range: $260,000 and $390,000
- Law school class years 2019 to 2022
- Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees are highly preferred, as is CAFC clerkship experience. Experience with PTAB disputes also a plus
- Candidates must have strong academic credentials and writing and research skills
