General Lateral Associate

J&R Ross Agency, LLC, a professional legal recruiting firm, is seeking a General Lateral Associate in Denver, CO. This role is a perfect fit for an experienced attorney who is interested in joining an established law firm. In addition, the firm also handles securities litigation, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, finance and labor and employment cases.

Salary Range: $225,000 and $435,000

We are looking for:

• Associate in law school class years 2018 through 2020
• Strong interest in and/or prior exposure to state/federal litigation practice
• Experiences across the litigation spectrum (e.g., oil and gas, energy, fiduciary litigation, employment, privacy, antitrust, securities, etc.)
• District court or appellate court clerkship experience preferred but not required
• Primary responsibilities include researching and drafting motions and briefs, participating in all aspects of discovery, and case/client management
• Deposition, hearing and trial experience are beneficial
