Attorney-Personal Injury

J&R Ross Agency, LLC, a professional legal recruiting firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with personal injury case negotiation experience. This role is a perfect fit for an attorney who is interested in joining an established law firm. In addition, the firm also handles motor vehicle accidents, nursing home abuse, injuries caused by medical malpractice, slip and fall, wrongful death and dog bite cases.

Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000

Qualifications

• JD from an Accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of Georgia
• Litigation defense experience required
• Experience with personal injury case negotiation is preferred
• Strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure required
• Excellent written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are required

Responsibilities

• Assist with Discovery, preparation of Complaints, or Mediation
• Review relevant state laws on personal injury
• Interview clients about their injuries, gather medical reports and insurance information from defendants
• Review reports by witnesses or police
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters to reach top offers for clients
• Negotiate with medical providers to achieve equitable settlements for clients
